Sign up for a Membership
Package Policies
All packages must be paid in full. Packages are nonrefundable and non transferable. Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Clients are responsible for scheduling their appointments before the package's expiration. Late cancellation + no-show fees will be deducted from package, if applicable.
Membership Policies
When signing up for any of our memberships, you are agreeing to 6 months, beginning on the day you sign up. Clients must save a valid credit card on file and it will be charged a membership fee once every month. After 6 months, clients will have the option to renew their membership or cancel.
Treatments must be used before the end of each month. Services will not carry over and any unused treatments will expire and the client is still responsible for the membership fee. Cancellation of membership before the end of the membership term will result in a penalty fee of $200 and you will not be able to sign up for any future memberships.
